All greeting cards are final sale.
Pillows, Blankets, & Pillow Inserts
Hey there! Let’s get down to the nitty gritty! You have 14 days after your parcel has been delivered (as indicated by the postal delivery tracking number) to be eligible for a full refund if you are not satisfied. Prior to shipping your item, please email us at info@cre8tiveunicorn.com to notify our team. Once you have shipped your item please update us on the tracking number. Item(s) must be on route back to Cre8tive Unicorn within the 14 day time frame and will only be accepted after the 14th day if shipped within the allotted time frame. Returned items are required to have a tracking number to indicate shipment date. Cre8tive Unicorn is not able to cover the cost of shipping and is not responsible for lost parcels. Refund eligibility is subject to inspection and approval of your returned item. The item must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging with tags attached.
Please note that due to the nature of our business we CANNOT honor refunds on any damaged or used items including but not limited to:
- Stained items
- Material pulls, rips, or holes
- Animal hair and/or smells or other scents like smoke
- Item has been washed or altered
- Or any other damage determined upon our inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. In the event that the item contains any of the above noted damages we will NOT offer a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchange Policy

There are no exchanges on greeting cards.
Pillows, Blankets, and Pillow Inserts
The same criteria as listed under the "Return Policy" apply to exchanges. If for any reason you would like to exchange your items please email our team at info@cre8tiveunicorn.com. We will gladly assist you in reselecting a new item but please note that the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping for both the returned and replacement items.
